Fay were rescued from a breeder in the west of Denmark, when she was no longer wanted. She and her sisters were being kept in a shed with many other rabbits in cages where they were used for breeding and selling as pedigree bunnies. They weren’t given allot of stimulation to give them a happy and full life.
Katia took the decision to drive the 4-hour long trip through the snow to save them and now they will live here at Fields of Freedom with our two other rescue bunnies in our care, Pepper and Luna.
They all have wonderful little personalities, where Fay is a little more shy than the rest, but she still loves to skip around the living area in the house, which is fun for us to watch.
